SEO means showing up when someone near you searches for what you do: on Google’s map, in its results, and in AI answers like ChatGPT. Across New Jersey and New York.

01 / The plans

Three plans. Each one includes the one before it.

Care is the website plan. Local and Growth add the Google work on top. Each price is the whole monthly price, and every plan is month to month: cancel anytime. The only other cost: if you need a new website, it’s $750 once to build.

  • Care

    $49 /month

    Your website, kept running.

    What I do
Keep your website online, fast and safe. Unlimited updates: text me new photos, hours or prices and they go up.
    What it does for you
The site people land on stays fast, correct, and open for business.
    Each month you see
Every change you text me, live within one business day.
  • Local

    $199 /month

    Compete for the Google map.

    What I do
Keep your Google listing full and current (hours, photos, services). Write a reply to every review and text it to you before it goes up. Plus everything in Care.
    What it does for you
When someone near you searches “plumber near me” or “pizza near me,” Google shows a map with three businesses first. This is the work that gives you a real shot at that map, looking like the one to call.
    Each month you see
Your listing up to date and a reply under every review, right on Google. The monthly report with your call numbers comes with Growth.
  • Growth

    $349 /month

Get found for the jobs you want.

    What I do
Each month I write a new page for your website about one job you want more of, worded the way people search for it. You just tell me which jobs. Plus everything in Local.
    What it does for you
People search for the job, not your name: “paver patio installer in Chatham.” Each new page is one more way for them to find you.
    Each month you see
A short report: what I did, how your calls and visits from Google moved, and what’s next.

02 / The report

What lands every month on Growth.

A web page with its own link, no login. A new edition every month, and the old ones stay right there, so you can see the trend.

Where your calls come from

  • Calls and taps from your Google listing

People who found you on the Google map and tapped to call or visit your site.

    your number

  • Visits from a Google search

People who searched something like “water heater repair Morristown” and landed on your site.

    your number

  • AI clicks

People an AI tool like ChatGPT sent straight to your website.

    your number

  • Your Google rating

Read straight off your listing, the same thing a customer sees.

    your rating

What I did this month

  • Google listing kept full and current

Hours, services, photos, and the towns you cover.

  • Every review answered

A reply under each one shows the next customer you’re paying attention.

  • A new page aimed at what people search

For example “water heater repair in Morristown.”

What’s next, and who has it

  • You

A few photos from this month’s jobs. Text them to me.

  • Google

Adding the new page to search. That’s up to Google and can take a while. Nothing needed from you.

Month one records where you start, so every number after it is compared to a real before. Each one says where it came from and the day I read it.

03

Is this worth it?

Count a customer by the year, not the visit. One steady lawn customer can pay for months of this, and one big job, like a patio, can pay for the year. For a restaurant, a couple of new regulars can do the same.

And you can always check the work. On Local, every listing update and review reply is right there on Google. On Growth, the report shows what I did, even in a quiet month.

04 / About

Who does the work.

I’m TJ. I’ve been building for the web for over ten years, for service businesses across New Jersey and New York.

The same person who keeps your website running does your Google work. Nobody hands you off.

What owners ask me first.

  • Can you get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can promise that honestly, and I won’t. Google decides the order, mostly by how well you match what someone typed, how close you are to them, and your reviews. What I can promise is the work, and you’ll see all of it.
  • Will this get me into ChatGPT?
It’s the same work. AI tools build their answers from what’s on Google, Bing and your website: a complete listing, real reviews, pages that answer the question. Nobody can promise an AI will name you, and I won’t. On Growth, the report counts the visits AI tools send you.
  • How soon will I get more calls?
Not overnight. Google checks each change to your listing before it shows. New pages take longer, because Google has to find them and decide who they’re for. On Growth, the report counts your calls from Google every month, so you can watch it yourself instead of taking my word for it.
  • Which plan should I pick?
If most of your calls come from people finding you on the Google map, start with Local. If there are specific jobs you want more of, Growth writes a page for each one. We can figure it out on the call.
  • Can I cancel?
Anytime. No contract and no early-cancel fees, the same as Care. Drop back to Care alone or cancel everything. Your Google listing stays yours (if I set it up, I hand it over at no charge), and the pages I wrote stay on your website.
  • Do I need a website from you?
Every plan includes Care, my $49 plan that keeps a website I build running, so the work happens on a site I host. If you need one, it’s $750 to build. Your website is never held hostage: if you leave, I send you the files, and a domain I registered for you moves into your name at no charge. Already have a website? Bring it up on the call.

06 / Open the line

Call me when you get a minute

Twenty minutes, no pressure. Tell me what you do, where you do it, and which jobs you want more of. If it’s a fit, we keep going. If it isn’t, you’ll leave with a pointer or two.
