Who I am

TJOnCall is a DBA of ello media LLC, operating out of New Jersey. I build websites for service businesses across New Jersey and New York.

What I collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, I collect: your name, business name (if provided), existing website URL (if provided), the contents of your message, and your preferred time to talk (if provided).

When you book a call through Cal.com, you provide your name, email, and time preference directly to Cal.com. I receive those details from them.

When you email me directly at tj@tjoncall.com, I receive whatever you choose to send.

When you visit, this site runs the Meta pixel, the measurement tool from the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It tells Meta which pages were viewed and whether the contact form was sent, so I can tell whether my ads bring in real inquiries. It doesn’t send Meta what you type into the form.

What I don’t collect

• No Google Analytics, session recordings, or heatmaps
• No marketing email lists
• No Meta pixel on the text messaging page

How I use your information

I use what you send me to respond to your inquiry, follow up about a potential project, and (if we work together) keep our project moving. I don’t sell it, share it, or use it for anything else. The Meta pixel is used only for my own ads on Facebook and Instagram: measuring them, and showing them to people who have visited this site.

Third-party services

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms. Bookings are handled by Cal.com. Hosting and DNS are provided by Cloudflare. Email runs through Google Workspace. Ad measurement runs through the Meta pixel. Each of these services has their own privacy policies, available on their sites.

Cookies

The Meta pixel sets a cookie so Meta can connect a visit to an ad you saw on Facebook or Instagram. Nothing else on this site sets a tracking cookie. Third-party embeds (like the Cal.com booking widget) may set their own cookies when loaded.

Data retention

I keep your messages and emails indefinitely unless you ask me to delete them. If we work together, I keep project files for as long as your Care plan is active, then 90 days after cancellation in case you need anything else from them.

You can email tj@tjoncall.com anytime to:

• Request a copy of what I have about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Ask any privacy-related question

To turn off the Meta pixel yourself, use a browser that sends Global Privacy Control (this site then never loads it), or change your Meta ad preferences.

I’ll respond within 30 days, usually much faster.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients by email.

Text messaging

If you text us or opt in to receive text messages, we collect your phone number and your message content in order to respond to your requests. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
