Who I am

TJOnCall is a DBA of ello media LLC, operating out of New Jersey. I build websites for service businesses across the NJ + NY tri-state area.

What I collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, I collect: your name, business name (if provided), existing website URL (if provided), the contents of your message, and your preferred time to talk (if provided).

When you book a call through Cal.com, you provide your name, email, and time preference directly to Cal.com. I receive those details from them.

When you email me directly at tj@tjoncall.com, I receive whatever you choose to send.

What I don’t collect

• No analytics tracking (no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no behavior trackers)
• No marketing email lists
• No third-party advertising cookies
• Nothing about your visit beyond what you explicitly send me

How I use your information

I use what you send me to respond to your inquiry, follow up about a potential project, and (if we work together) keep our project moving. I don’t sell it, share it, or use it for anything else.

Third-party services

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms. Bookings are handled by Cal.com. Hosting and DNS are provided by Cloudflare. Email runs through Google Workspace. Each of these services has their own privacy policies, available on their sites.

Cookies

This site doesn’t set any tracking cookies. Third-party embeds (like the Cal.com booking widget) may set their own cookies when loaded.

Data retention

I keep your messages and emails indefinitely unless you ask me to delete them. If we work together, I keep project files for as long as your Care plan is active, then 90 days after cancellation in case you need anything else from them.

You can email tj@tjoncall.com anytime to:

• Request a copy of what I have about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Ask any privacy-related question

I’ll respond within 30 days, usually much faster.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
